Information We May Receive
We may receive the contents of a direct message or other communication that a visitor voluntarily sends, including contact details and the information included in that message. If a visitor uses a search feature connected to a third-party provider, the query is sent to that provider. Search terms, results, and any information provided on the provider’s site are handled under that provider’s own practices. We do not operate the government systems linked from this site or control what their custodians collect.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information in our possession, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information through an unsolicited message. This site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly seek to collect their personal information.
A person may ask about personal information they previously provided, or request its correction or deletion where applicable, by using the same channel through which the information was sent and identifying the message involved. We may need enough information to verify the request and may retain material where law or a legitimate operational need requires it.
Changes to This Notice
We may revise this Privacy Notice as the site or its service relationships change. The version posted here applies when it is viewed. Continuing to use the site after a revision means the visitor is using the site under the then-current notice.
